Minimum 2-4 years of relevant recruitment experience for the IT industry. The candidates must have proven track record in undertaking FULL recruitment life-cycle for the IT industry. He/She must have strong recruitment capabilities using head-hunting and reference mechanisms and should have huge network of high-quality candidates database.

Senior iPhone Application Developers (Job Code: PG-IPH)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant development experience in IT industry. The candidate must have developed multiple iPhone Applications and should be fully competent to independently handle and develop complex iPhone Applications from conceptualization to final delivery. He/she should be highly pro-active, motivated, passionate and a go-getter.

Senior Android Application Developers (Job Code: PG-AND)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant development experience in IT industry. The candidate must have developed multiple Android Applications and should be fully competent to independently handle and develop complex Android Applications from conceptualization to final delivery. He/she should be highly pro-active, motivated, passionate and a go-getter.

Senior .NET Developers (Job Code: PG-DOT)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant ASP.NET experience who can independently and effectively handle big-sized projects of our foreign clients from scratch to the final deployment.

Senior PHP Developers (Job Code: PG-PHP)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant PHP experience who can independently and effectively handle big-sized projects of our foreign clients from scratch to the final deployment in popular open-source technologies like WordPress, Joomla, osCommerce, Magento, Drupal etc.

Senior Web/Graphics Designers (Job Code: PG-DES)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant web/graphics design experience who can independently and effectively handle big-sized projects of our foreign clients from scratch to the final deployment.

Senior QA Engineers (Job Code: PG-QA)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant QA experience who can independently and effectively handle the entire QA process for big-sized projects of our foreign clients from scratch to the final deployment.

Senior SEO & Internet Marketing Experts (Job Code: PG-SEO)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant SEO & Internet Marketing experience who can independently and effectively handle the entire SEO & Internet Marketing Campaign for our foreign clients and exceeding the clients ROI targets.

Business Development Managers (Job Code: PG-BDM)
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant Business Development and Sales experience in technology, consulting and outsourcing areas. Candidates having exposure to various important outsourcing platforms like ODesk, Elance, Guru etc. would be a great PLUS. The average monthly sales contribution over a period of one year would be the primary criterion for judging the suitability of the candidates.
